Venue Notes
The hall is a large and bright space with portable barres. It also has a stage area. There is a small entrance lobby with a toilet and room for children to change. Car parking on nearby roads, and Ruskin park is opposite the hall.

This class follows the RAD Grade 1 ballet syllabus. This new syllabus allows the students to dance to recorded orchestral music & it is inspiring in its approach.
There are three disciplines in the graded dance syllabus:
Ballet - the foundation
Free movement - incorporates movements in common with other dance styles such as Natural Movement and Contemporary
Character - national dance as performed in a theatre. There are three main styles - Hungarian, Russian and Polish - although not all are covered in each grade.
